Cost: $50-$100

Timed to be held alongside the World Indigenous Games, happening between July 2 and July 9 at various venues in and around the city of Edmonton and Treaty Six territory, REDx Talks is at Enoch Cree Nation, just west of the city. As part of the program, chef Chartrand (who is executive chef at Sage restaurant in the Marriott River Cree) has organized a feast for the public that celebrates not just indigenous heritage, but the heritage and culinary roots of numerous Edmonton chefs taking part.
