Presentation Summary

Understanding the legal perspectives of business can be daunting. With shareholder agreements, personal guarantees, liability just to name a few of these things we need to think about as entrepreneurs in agriculture and agri-food, it's important we are aware of what needs to be done, why and what the impacts will be. Tracy and Heather will address the legal aspects we need to be aware of and what we need to consider when we are entering agreements and signing our names.
